Tours, Crafts, and Snacks, OH MY!

Looking for something different to do with your group, card club, business investors, or a unique family reunion activity? Our DIY craft sessions are the perfect way to spend a few hours getting to know one another, bonding with family members, and to create a one of a kind craft incorporating your favorite Isabel Bloom sculptures! The ladies’ group at Northwest Bank and Trust recently participated in one of our classes and the result?….”They couldn’t stop talking about it, even weeks after the event!”

Ladies’ Day Out

Tours, Crafts, and Snacks, OH MY!

Northwest Bank’s Investment Management Group hosts an annual Ladies’ Day out once a year at different venues across the Midwest. They have had outings to Galena, the Amana Colonies, local wineries, and a local Vino Van Gogh and Pino & Pumpkins for pumpkin painting. The ladies always have a great time! So what made them choose Isabel Bloom?  “Isabel Bloom is such an iconic Quad Cities’ business, for women in particular, and we knew our clients and their guests would love it!,” said Jane VenHorst, the organizer of these fun activities.

The ladies started their outing with a tour of our production facility, some delicious snacks, and then participated in a DIY craft activity.

The Craft

The participants were given the opportunity to create one of a kind message boards for their home, office, bedrooms, or whatever their heart desired.  The idea was to paint a word onto our wood boards and incorporate an Isabel Bloom sculpture. Most used hearts, some used our cute little Daisy or Quad City Eagle Plaque. The outcome was wonderful! Some questioned their own creativity at first, but had fun and were ultimately happy with the outcome.

Jane said that everyone had a great time, had great comments, loved the tour and loved picking their own sculpture for their project. Take a look at their wonderful creations!

Please let me know when your next craft class will be. Also, do you do groups of ladies and what kind of costs?

    Thanks,
