Job Opportunity: Part-time Casting Team Member

Isabel Bloom is a small, Iowa-based company of people who truly love what we do. We design, produce, and sell original handcrafted sculptures for homes, gardens, and gift-giving. Our team enjoys a fun, relaxed, and creative environment where everyone works together.

As a Casting Team Member, you’ll help create our concrete sculptures by mixing and pouring concrete into molds and preparing pieces for the next stage of production.

Pay & Hours

• Starting at $16/hour
• Tuesday–Thursday, 5:30am–noon (hours may extend during peak times)

Key Responsibilities

• Mix and prepare concrete using proper materials and equipment
• Prepare molds and pour concrete
• Remove cast pieces, inspect for quality, and clean molds
• Reassemble molds for continued production

Qualifications

• Ability to follow instructions and work with consistency and care
• Basic math skills
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly (100 lbs occasionally)
• Must pass drug screening and background check
