Isabel Bloom, Hugs Rewards Program – Terms and Conditions (11/07)

Use of the Isabel Bloom Hugs Rewards Card constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions by each Isabel Bloom Hugs Rewards Member:

1. Member Benefits
   Isabel Bloom Hugs Rewards Program (the “Program”) provides members the following benefits:
   1. Shop at any Isabel Bloom, Retail Studio, online at www.ibloom.com or our catalog at 800-273-5436, and for every one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) in qualifying purchases made in a calendar year, a fifteen-dollar ($15.00) credit will be placed in your account to be used on future purchases. This credit will expire six months from date of issuance.
   2. Specials throughout the year, including offers and discounts made to Isabel Bloom Hugs Rewards Program members only.
2. General Terms and Conditions
   1. Member must provide a valid email address to receive all benefits associated with the Program. No purchase is necessary to become a member. Member must be 16 years of age or older to participate in the Program.
   2. Membership is nontransferable and may only be used by an individual member for member’s personal benefit. Member benefits cannot be combined with benefits accrued by another member. Isabel Bloom, may request identification to confirm Program transactions. Benefits will not be applied retroactively to any prior purchases.
   3. Isabel Bloom, is not responsible for lost or stolen membership cards.
   4. Member agrees the Program and any member benefits related thereto do not create any property rights in favor of the member.
   5. Member shall be responsible for maintaining accurate and updated personal information with Isabel Bloom. Members may update their personal information by calling 800-273-5436 or in person at any Isabel Bloom, retail studio. Isabel Bloom, is not responsible for rewards that are not received as a result of member’s failure to update personal information.
3. Rewards Accrual
   1. Rewards accrual will be calculated based on merchandise purchases made at participating locations, excluding purchases of gift cards, gift certificates, packaging and shipping charges, after any other applicable discounts, before sales tax is added.
   2. Any other discount programs may not be combined with the Program and shall not be applicable for rewards accrual.
   3. Returns will be deducted from member’s rewards accrual for member’s most recent transactions, possibly resulting in a negative balance.
4. Redeeming Rewards Credits
   1. Hugs Rewards Credits may be redeemed at any of our studio showrooms, or by calling 1-800-273-5436. (We're sorry but wee are unable to process reward credits online at this time.)
5. Privacy Statement
   1. Name, address and email information acquired from our customers is used solely by Isabel Bloom, for marketing and sales purposes. We do not sell our customers’ information to others. Customers no longer wishing to receive periodic updates from Isabel Bloom, are encouraged to call us at 1-800-273-5436 or email us at sales@ibloom.com to request removal of their name and address from our records.
6. Program Modification
   1. Isabel Bloom, reserves the right to modify the Program from time to time without prior notice. Members will be emailed notification of changes to the Program within 15 days of occurrence. Continued use of member’s membership card constitutes acceptance of any amendment to the Program. 
   2. Isabel Bloom, reserves the right to terminate the Program at any time through written notice sent to the member via email. Members without email will be notified the next time their card is presented at a participating location. Member shall forfeit all unredeemed rewards earned as of the termination date. Member may choose to opt out of the Program at any time, which may result in the forfeiture of accrued rewards. 
7. Venue
   1. The agreement of members regarding the Isabel Bloom,  Hugs Rewards Program shall be construed in accordance with, and disputes shall be governed by, the laws of the State of Iowa. The Seventh Judicial District in Scott County, Iowa, shall have jurisdiction and venue over all controversies arising out of, or relating to, this Program.
8. No Warranty
   1. Isabel Bloom, and affiliate entities, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents make no warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to, any warranties of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose with respect to the membership or any products or services related thereto.
9. Release of Liability
   1. Member hereby releases Isabel Bloom, and affiliate entities and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any and all liability relating to member’s Isabel Bloom, Hugs Rewards Program membership or this agreement.
